I've been a member of the community for over 4 years and have learned a great deal from our community members. I'm grateful to have been selected to serve the commumity as President. It is my goal to help make our community a safe, pleasurable place to call home.

Ken Abbott   Ken Abbott, Secretary

My name is Ken Abbott and I have been a resident of Fairview Terrace for over 1 year. My goal of serving on the board of directors is to help ensure that the community and homes we all invest our hard earned paychecks into continues to be a valuable investment for our families and our future. I am a commissioning engineer for a medium sized mechanical and energy services contractor in the pacific northwest so I have experience with buildings and mechanical systems. While I work in the commercial market I feel a lot can be transferred to helping us through these difficult times ahead of us, post law suit into re-construction and with community maintenance after that.

My husband and I have lived in the community for a little over three years. I decided to run for the board because I like our community the way it is and want to help make sure that it stays this way. Part of what I enjoy most is hosting and organizing community events and getting to know our neighbors.

Rick Worthington   Rick Worthington, Director

I was appointed to the Board in January, 2008. I was elected for a two year term in 2009. I was born and raised in Independence, Oregon. I have served as an Officer and Speical Agent for 20 years in the United States Air Force, in several leadership and command positions. Upon retirement from active duty, I have been a director and manager of two investigative organizations in the insurance and retail industries. My wife and I have been residents of Fairview Terrace since our return to Oregon nearly five years ago. My goal as a director of FTHOA is to ensure fiscal responsibility, obtain an appropriate resolution of the current lawsuit, and to maintain homeowners values and involvement in the management of our association. I encourage active participation and input from all homeowners.
